Garbage Characters, Incorrect Line Numbers with UBE DEBUG.LOG file on AS/400

When we run UBE's on our AS/400 they come back with some garbage characters in the UBE debug.log file and incorrect line numbers. When we run these same UBE's locally they show the correct information in the UBE debug.log file. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any ideas on why it is occurring? This is what we see:
