XE SP23

We are in the middle of installing SP23 J1 in our XE HTML environment. In SP22, we had to install a plug-in on all our users machines in order for them to Import and Export from the Grid. Users cannot install software on their machines. In SP23, when we tested Importing/Exporting, it did not work as it was looking for, what we assume, is a new plug-in. Has anyone come across this? We are not sure if there is a new plug-in out there or if there is a new process in place for this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

On a test workstation...Did you think about unregistering the plugins >regsvr32 <plugin_name>

And try to browse your JAS again, it will probably prompt you to install the new plugin, if there is a new one pushed through your JAS server...
