XE to 8.10 Processing Option Problems

We are currently moving to 8.10 for XE. We are encountering problems with

Processing Options for Reports, they are corrupt when moving to 8.10.

We edited and fixed the processing options, and after checking them

8.10, they became corrupt again.

Anyone have any idea why, and how to fix this problem?
 
In Customer Connect, check out issue 200950387. The problem occurs due to issues with Client Access when inserting the DBCLOG data type. An IBM PTF will fix the issue.

If I could figure out how to attach documents to these posts I'd send you a screen shot of the CC issue / resolution.
 
Hi Robert,

Are the processing options corrupt or are you having problems viewing them when you try to run the UBE? Are you having issues with OMW as well?

We had issues with the whole processing options window coming up blank. Then we had issues with OMW crashing as soon as we'd open it up. This was caused by clicking the OneWorld Explorer icon from Xe instead of using the PeopleSoft Solution Explorer icon. We needed to re-register the OCX's for the client.

If this is the same issue you can run the regjdeocx.bat file located in the RegisterOCX folder where you extracted your latest planner ESU.
