Price History Gone

Hey List,
For some reason the price adjustments on a lot of our sales orders have suddenly disappeared (when we check the price history row exit in soe & the F4074) leaving us with an updated unit price (all adjustments have been processed into a new unit price) but no discounts (or any other adjustments).
Anyone know what has happened here???

We've had SO Price History disappearing on us, too, and think it might be caused by users typing over the unit price on SO Detail Revisions and then saving the SO. This seems to have the side effect of wiping out Price History information. Maybe this is what you're running into, too.

It eventually turned out to be a combination of factors including being a blocked item.

could you please expand on what you found (combination of factors) as well as what a "blocked item" is?
