Financial reporting issue

Could anyone take a guess why a few custom and canned financial reports (R1011A for example) are displaying blank amounts while still listing the account descriptions? It seems as if the smart fields (BSFN Account Balances - B830000AB for example) do not want to work correctly. Could there be something in the set-up/configuration that is missing? Someone mentioned AAIs, could incorrect AAIs be the issue here? Finally, how does one check for incorrect AAI setup ?

We have the same issue now as we are upgrading to 8.10 from XE. Have you resolved this issue at your site? If so could you help us out with the solution

Are the blank amounts correct? Or should the blank actually have a value that is not printing?

If the blank (zero value) is correct, then my guess is that the F0902 has records for that account that are either blank or net out to zero.
