It is apparent that JDE does not support drop ship
orders very well. They support the direct ship
feature and this would be great if we were buying the
product somewhere else and they were drop shipping it
to our customer. But we are the shipper. and one of
consultants told us to use the order address in the
form exit of the sales order entry. This writes to the
f4006 only if we change the address. What we really
wanted to know is there another field that OW writes
out the order & address every time not just when it
has changed. This would make integration of a outside
shipping system much easier.
