Unable to post & generate AE\'s in newly created PD Environment

After testing the PY environment and all's well, PD which we have newly created, will not allow posting - both on AE required documents such as PV's and non-AE entries such as JE's, etc..

Interestingly, PY is fine with all of the above. Any thoughts or observations??

What kind of error are you getting in the Work Center when you try to post?
