Service Pack 20

Since applying Service Pack 20_A1 (coming from SP18.1) we have experienced major issues relating to user overrides to P4210 and P4310 applications in particular. When user overrides are created for these applications, we can look at the F98950 table and see that they are saved after exiting the applications and even after exiting OneWorld. The user overrides remain on the F98950 until entering the application in which they were added. It is at this time that the user override records are physically deleted from the F98950. We are able to recreate this problem on demand. It is not sporatic as with the usual user override issues. We did not experience this problem in SP18.1. We are planning on restoring back to SP18.1 tonight due to the frustrations of our user base. Has anyone applied SP20_A1 and not experience these issues?

We're on 18.1 and continue to experience the overrides issue. Have set up some new users who are unable to save overrides on the applications you mention. It has been suggested to us that it is an operating system issue? In several weeks we are upgrading the servers to Win2000 and clients to Xp. Fingers crossed.
