JDE and Internet Conflict?

When I am on the internet and I try to open JDE, I receive a message "SEC0000007 - Unable To Locate Security Server" and then "SEC0000001- Failure in communicating with Security Server". The connection can be through the network or via my phone line and it affects my Fat Client and Citrix connections(Citrix's message is "Cannot connect to the Citrix Server").

Has anyone had this problem? How were you able to correct it?

Thanks,

Mike

This is clearly not a OneWorld issue - speak to your network administrator...

This is definitely a Network problem.

It may well be a problem with the Default Gateway on your client.
If the IP address resolution is handed off to a server / host that does not know about your Security Server, then you will get this message.
It is possible, that when connected to the Internet, your IP address resolution is being handled by a different server to that for normal LAN activity.

Check your default gateway and ask your Network Administrator about your DNS config.
