error machine key in machine key list

Hi list

We have a problem ,when we use p98538.and find it ,We get a machine list .but these machine name is not my actual machine name. We can't understand it.

by the way , We use sygate and set client workstation gateway.

B7333/NT/ORACLE8.1.6/SP16
