Fetch Cache F03B102 error

Everyone once in awhile we are getting.
Fetch Cache in P03B102A Failed when adding a Standard Reciept.

We cannot recreate the problem and usually the user signs off then back on again and it works.

Has anyone seen this error before? We seem to be getting the error more frequently.

Have you looked on the KG for the SAR? I believe there is an ESU out there
to fix that problem...
