A quick question. We're pounding through the Received not Vouchered account. In the F43121 what do the values 1,2,3 and 4 mean? I'd like to work up a report to tie out the transactions to the GL account.

thanks

dg

According to the data dictionary (glossary) for MATC:

1=Voucher does NOT exist
2=Voucher does exist
3=The receipt record was reversed
4=The voucher was reversed.

Hello

1 - Receipt
2 - Voucher
3 - Reversed Voucher
4 - Reversed Receipt.

Hi David,

Hope all is going well there in Florida.

The answer to your question is as follows :

1 = A voucher does not yet exist
2 = A voucher does exist

3 = The receipt record was reversed

4 = The voucher was reversed

Just so you know, this information can be found in the data dictionary for
MATC.
