Check your workcenter for the user submitting this UBE.
Look for F42UI*** Add to Cache Errors. If you find these, then you need to
apply the latest ESU with R31802 to resolve.

We have noticed this problem as well although we can only isolate it when the ommission is significant. Every thing works correctly, R31802 looks fine, R31415 IS okay but one IM BOM component from a work order backflush does not hit the GL or cardex. This can be difficult to find as our integrity reports which compare a valued F41021 to the GL Stock accounts (GL Class code) will still look okay. We find it by comparing unfavourable manufacturing efficiency $amounts that don't jive with the physical waste.
