cannot add package build

I just upgraded to SP 18.1. In SP 15.1, I used to be able to build a client update package first and then a server update package later using the same name.

Now, I can't do it. After the client package is done, I cannot add another package build using the same package. Is this the way that it's suppose to be now? Or does something need to be corrected on my end?

Are you saying that you cannot go into Package revision and add the server build to the existing package, or are you trying to add the same name for the server package.

I am on SP 18.1 and I have not had any issues with package builds.
