UBE ERROR please help

I am implementing OW XE / DB2/UDB all win2000, i did aply sp18. Portest did not return errors. After installation OW all
UBEs fail, all are in status E

Is your server configured for Security Server ("Security Server" entry in the JDE.INI)?

The porttest users the username and password only in the security section(Database username and password). It seams that your that username and password in this section section is right(porttest success). But there are other username and password ( e.g username and password for Network Queue section.. this is OneWorld username and password... not database ) or services may be running under NT username or password. Make sure that all username and password are correct.
