Viewing Code in an Update Pkg.

Is it possible to view the code for an object that is in an Update package?
I've recently deployed P4210 and we think there may be some issues with it,
but want to look at the code that was in the package.

If not, would deploying that package to a developers FAT Client work? I know
it would overwrite the local code, but that's fine. How can I view it then?

the best thing woruld be to deploy the package on a DEV fat client and look at the code that way.

Have you already changed the code since the package was built? I'm curious as to why you think it would be different in the update package vs. Central Objects.

Yes, we've made changes since the last deployment. We know there was a
package made aboput 3 or 4 wks ago that was good and would like to look at
that code vs. what we have in place now. Since that package was deployed,
another update has also been deployed with the same object, so we have no
workstations with that older code in it.

That explains it. Thx for satisfying my curiosity.

Cleola's suggestion should work. Either:
a) Deploy that package to a Dev workstation with multiple environments and then use Visual ER Compare to view the differences, - or -
b) Deploy the package to any other workstation and then use Visual ER Compare from a DEV workstation against the specs on the other workstation.
