JDE B732 ES installation

Dear All.

we are still using OW B7322, recently we upgrade our Enterprise server. We
installed the software (attached to the same deployment server). shutdown
the old enterpise and copy all old B732 directory files and the whole
database from the backup to the new server(in MS SQL7.0). We check the DB
users, ownership etc. all users can login and do enquiry without any
problem. but the system just can not "contact printer" even we re-configue
the printer, it still does not work. we can't post and print. Appreciate any
one who came across the same problem can advise us how to resolve it.

Have you installed your previous printer on Control Panel - Printers
of your new ES?
Are your JDE services running with the same NT account?
Does that account own the printer?
Have you created your server ODBCs?

Sunny,
try starting the JDE services under a network account that has sufficient
access rigths to your printer.

Dear Sir

appreciate for your email. We've set up the printers, JDE account, serer
ODBC. all users can use the system including the JDE accounts. the printers
has been grant to everyone. is there any other files needed to be checked?
