UoM Display on Picklists

I would like to specify a different unit of measure on my picklist than is shown on my BOM.

I use potency control on some materials. The BOM is based on the potent grams while dispensing is done in grams. I have the other aspects of potency control working fine (ie I can show availability in either grams or potent grams) but my picklist always shows the unit of measure shown on my BOM and someone has to manually change it, possibly messing up the calculation.

I would like to specify that the Picklist use the primary unit of measure eventhough the BOM is in a different unit of measure.
