Store and Forward

We are on Xe with Oracle Database on NT

I would like to have clarity on the following points on Store and forward feature of Oneworld
1) Can the user Add new Suppler/Vendor masters in the address book on the store and forward client and upload to the Central database server
2) If yes how to do that
