Running report locally

Our developer designed a report and he can't run it locally but he has no problem running in the server. It is checked out to his machine.
When he runs it locally, it has an errors massage
"Unable to locate table in specified datasource for section:
Financial Reporting (F0901/F0902/F0006).

He tried a few Fat Clients and all got the same error.

That error sounds like the business view specs are not on the local
machines. Try doing a get specs on the V8300001 and then run the report
locally again.

Check the DSN mapping it sounds as if his local machine data sources are
incorrect, simple to do.

On a fat client env, thest tables should be mapped to the default business date. Use UTB and see if you can open these tables. He may also want to check out the business View and get the specf for these tables llocally. Have you buile and deployed a full or update package for that path code before. You can try doing that with all the objects checked in and included in the build and deploy it to the developers PC.
