upgrade of PRODUCTION environnement

isn't necessary to use "load.all" for coping standard central objects of XE or we can copy them from PY7333 which contain either specification of our developpement.

The 'loadall' script basically loads the 'vanilla' OneWorld central objects to the four standard path codes. I am not sure what you would like to achieve but if you are attempting to copy your production path code/environment to your prototype path code/environment. Then you should check the Knowledge Garden for a document which explains how to do this.

Where are your Central Objects? Are they on SQL Server, Oracle, or AS/400?

If you are trying to copy your central objects from one pathcode to another, you can use the R98403. Also run the R98403 and have it update the F983051, do not overwrite it, only have it append. Also, run the R989861 to copy your Object Librarian entries.

Are you trying to create a whole new pathocde/environment, or are you just trying to update an existing environment?

I hope this helps.

i ask my question with another way.
what's difference beetween loading central objects with load all and coping them from PY central objects.
thanks in advance.

Hi Zizou,

There aren't difference if PY Central Object PY are not customize.
