Is there a way to trick JDE and be able to go directly to the Object Transfer P98604, and not have to go into OMW

/someone may have just added it to their project... if you look in people's
default (usually that's where we find it)... you can take it out of the
project and then you can promote.. thanks, Bobby
Trying to promote report group to PD (38) but get this
error message. Why didn't it appear going from DV to PY
but get it now going to PD?

Hi Okie
OMW complain most about status changes which have actually move records
between Central Object databases/libraries. Try checking the object in and
out of the object you wish to promote so OMW really knows its in the project
you're trying to promote.
