OneWorld XE Service Billing

Gentlemen,

I have a client who is running OneWorld XE upgrade 4 service pack 16 on W=
indows NT with three tier architecture. An enterprise server, deployment =
server and application server. The client is a county road commission in=
one of the wealthiest counties in the USA. They maintain traffic signal=
s and incur costs every month for replacement parts, upgrades, reconfigur=
ation etc. These costs are passed through the markup tables in Service B=
illing and invoiced to customers. Standard functionality in Service Bill=
ing Invoicing limits the customer that is invoiced to one customer per wo=
rk order. Since the work completed on the work order is basically servin=
g the following customers: private sector (Wendy's at an intersection), t=
he village, the township. Each individual customer must be invoiced afte=
r the cost accumulated on the work order are marked up. Let me know if y=
ou need further clarification. I am grateful for your review and input.

Jerome, The Service Order needs breaking down into several Child Work Orders which all refer back to the Parent. It effectively becomes a Project with subtasks - one per Customer.

This may not be practical - but it is the way it is meant to be done.
