Gee, had to think about what OTO was for a sec (One Time Override). This ESU
has been superceeded 10 times -each time they fix something and break
something else. We've logged 5 different critical SAR's on this. This ESU
was again superceeded yesterday by the JD15182. I've only tested up to the
previous superceed (JD14982) but I've looked at the JD15182 and see no new
fixes worth putting in. Actually the 2 major issues AFTER installing the
JD14982 are the following:
EE DBA Inst Override Flag (SAR #5961492)
Program Files\Vertex failing (SAR #5958365)
There's a work around for the 2nd issue but not for the first. You might
want to call and escalate this issue.
One gotcha is that any new superceeding B733.2 payroll ESU (JD14982 &
JD15182) contain the new interface files to Vertex 2.4.1.........duh
(jde)!!! SO not only do you mess up DBA OTO's but you now have to migrate to
Vertex 2.4.1.
