Multi caching in one job?

MBF XT4311Z1.c writes to Header File (F4301) and Detail File F4311. I need to include some extra fields in F4311- for this I created another table (say F564311tag) which has the keys of F4311 and the extra fields I needed. These records I plan to add through a custom BSFN (B56001) which will create a separate cache. This function (B56001) will be called from the F4301EditLine. As XT4311Z1.c has its own cache I was wondering if that would create a problem in my approach.
Also, it there is an alternate solution, please let me know.
