Order Entry Freight Code

We have a situation where lines forwarded from an order may need to have different freight codes. For example, 9 of the 10 lines on the order shipped from Brabch Plant A are free freight, and line 10 shipping from Branch Plant B is charge freight. We have set the carrier field in the sales detail lines, but the FRTH does not display at the line level on Order Entry. We are trying to avoid placing a separate order for line 10 in this example.

Are you sure that the FRTH is not on the detail? The World version of Order Entry has this code on the detail, and the field SDFRTH is in the F4211.

Application of one of the preference profiles (32,33 or 34) may resolve your issue.
