SP18.1 Update 4 for AS/400, Continued

I know that there are a few posts out there on this subject, but essentially I just need a bottom-line testimony of someone who has put this into place. Is the SP18.1, Update 4 scenario for Xe a stable place to be for the AS/400 enterprise platform? Are there any lingering issues relating to package builds and/or user overrides that have not been resolved? First-hand knowledge of these answers would be great.

I have 2 clients on AS/400 with SP18.1 and SP18.1_E1 installed. One has Update 3, and the other had Update 4.

After Update 4, we needed JD14072 to get a completely error-free build on the AS/400. There was an issue with B98800N not being used for server builds anymore.

One of the clients install SP18.1 to fix user override issues, and they are working fine as far as I hear from them.

At the other client (current location), we have built a full package and several update packages without incident since installing SP18.1. The first client is on V5R1. The latter client is on V4R5.
