Trying to pull together a procedure for copying a modified report and it's version.
I have a report (say R5501) and also it's version (say TEST01) which has some design changes at the version level.
Now I want to copy this whole lot. I can copy the template using OMW. But how can I copy the version to the new template? I can't refit the version level changes manually as this is for a reformatting solution where the PDF has to be pixel perfect (hence why I want to do a copy).
I have tried to copy the version within OMW to give me R5501/TEST02. I then SQL'd the object name in the key central objects tables (F98760, F98761, F98740 and F983051). The version appears now in batch versions but I can't run it. I get the error "unable to JITI". In OMW it gives details of duplicate key TAM spec exists in F98761. However as far as I can see no duplicate exists.
Any ideas on how to correct this error or even a better way to get the template and version copied?
