Backing out ESU\'s

If anyone has any advice or tips on backing out an ESU, please reply to this message.

Here is the scenario. Multiple ESU's have been applied, on of the ESU's that was applied mentioned that the customer should be at SP17, this customer is not at that level yet. Since then, they are having problems. I would like to back out ESU's and then re-apply and actually test before packages are built and released.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Backing out ESU\'s

In order to backout and ESU you first have to meke sure that the Backup Option was selected when the ESU was applied. If this was not done then it will be really difficult and dangerous to do it manually since it may have replace global files.
