.JDE files and security

Hi all,

I am investigating getting email sent from Workcenter to users with .JDE files attached. After looking into these files it is apparent that any user can edit them to open whatever app they want (ie equivalent to Fast Path) which is not very good.

Has anyone else looked into this and the possible security issues

You are correct. That's why eliminating fast path in liu of real security won't work.
