Citrix Printing Landscape

We have a user that accesses JDE via Citrix Terminal Server. When the user prints multiple copies of an item the first will print portrait and the subsequent pages will be landscape. Reprinting the job results in all pages being landscape. The user then logs off and back on only to result in the same printing action. Has anyone experienced this problem?
