Memory Violation on BusBuild

Has anyone applied JD14727. I think since I applied it I am unable to build a packge for the pathcode I applied it to. I get a memory violation on the BusBuild on the Deployment server. I can build other full packages but I am getting another errpe which was caused by JD14727changing N9220 and it's data structures.

Any advice
 
JD14727 has been superceded by JD14837 and it is not being released right now.
