Text attachments on Sales Quote

We are into the process of modelling sales order generation from sales quotes, and have found that SQ line attachments are copying onto sales orders. We do NOT want this to happen, and I'm not having much luck turning this off. I've gone into the processing options for P42011 and specified a version of P4210. The processing options for this version of P4210, under the Duplication tab, specify NOT to copy either header or line attachments. Apparently, this isn't where to control this functionality.

Has anyone else run into this and/or know of a solution on how to control if text attachments copy onto generated sales orders?
