OMW House Keeping

Hi!

What do folks do to house keep OMW ? Has anyone used R98222B and if
so how did it go ?

Great questions. Why don't you run the report and tell us how it goes? There's another post about getting rid of OMW projects.

We don't do any OMW housekeeping here.

I just recently ran R98210B to clean up OMW logging. However, before running this UBE, you should apply SAR # 5304450, in ESU # JD12400. This SAR fixes the UBE so that the OMW logging detail records get deleted. If you don't apply this SAR, then the logging header records (F98210) records will get purged, but none of the corresponding logging detail records (F98211) records will be purged, resulting in orphaned detail records.

I used this report to mainly clean up users default projects...for actual OMW pprojects I move them to a status 01 and leave the objects in the project that way I know ehich project any given object is tied to and who worked on it.
