Work Order

Hi ,
I have one observation. I am using actual cost. Just briefly I will
explain my structure. I have a kit item "Main Section" which has BOM,
all of them are optional item. At Sales Order l select the options ?
(for eg. item here is NP-FR-CS, which is a Manufactured item.), which in
turns creates WO for Main Section and NP-FR-CS.=20
Now the Part list of Main section is NP-FR-CS and part list for NP-FR-CS
is all the raw material.=20
First I issue components (raw material) against NP-FR-CS Work Order and
subsequently do the completions. It creates IC and IM transactions.=20
I also now issue NP-FR-CS against Main Section Work Order. It creates IC
and IM transaction.=20
As I am using Actual cost, the IC of NP-FR-CS should match with the IM
for Main Section (i.e I had issued NP-FR-CS against Main Section Work
Order--which will create IM transactions).=20
If I look at the ledger the unit cost is showing same for IC and IM buth
the extended cost is different. I am sending u an attachment for Item
Ledger. See WO 455822 and WO 455814. Also see # 455849 and 455831.=20
WO 455902 and 455890 shows the correct transactions. (but the qty here
is less).=20
This is been done in Demo package.=20

Look at your unit's consumed/completed. You may have
scrap defined in the process.
