OK To Defragment,use SpeedDisk on Enterprise Server?

Are there any known issues with executing the native Windows 2000 Advanced Server Disk Defragmenter and/or Norton SpeedDisk on the Enterprise Server? Our server has been working in a live status for around four months, and I assume that it is due for a disk cleanup.

Any thoughts/cautionary tales?
