New Licensing Scheme

Has anyone encountered the new licensing scheme yet?

Our JDE BP (Genesis Channel) is pitching us to convert to the new scheme which breaks the system into more-discrete components, rather than paying for the entire suite and getting modules you may not use such as Quality Management, Warehouse Mgt, etc.

Under this new system, concurrent users are again available, and both named users and concurrent users cost less. Concurrent Users for OneWorld were eliminated a while back.

Any comments? This is the third time we've seen licensing changes and we're a bit cautious.

Bigglesworth-

I am reviewing the same agreement changes today. I will let you know what I
find out about it; we are cautious as well, because it looks like will be
forced to buy additional licenses in order to accomodate our users.
