Hi List -

Has anyone encountered a problem where the Job Launcher in the Scheduler Application stops submitting jobs? This is an intermittent problem where it randomly stops functioning. The only way to get it to start functioning is to start and stop scheduler.

We just upgraded to Xe this past weekend and the problem started on Tuesday.

That sounds like the scheduler bug that was introduced in the lastest round of service packs. Look into SAR 5838769 and see if that fits your problem. Also check OTI-02-0038 which states that the fix has been delayed until sp19.1
