We are trying to use the Store & Forward processing files (F4011Z, F4001Z &
F0041Z1), and then run the Sales Order Edit & Creation Program R40211Z to
create Sales orders. We have not been able to get the kit pricing to work
correctly when the Sales Orders are created. Most Items have a Kit Pricing
Method of 1 Total Components List Price, we also have a few Items that have
a Kit Pricing Method of 2 List Price of Final Kit. Neither pricing method
works, the Price Method 2 prices dribble from the first Kit item processed.
For the Pricing Method 1 items the unit price for the components are correct
but the Parent Item price for the total of the component Unit Price's some
times rounds to 2 decimals in stead of the 4, and in some cases the 4th
decimal is 1 higher than it should be.
Our systems:
Production
Xe, SP 17, AS400 Co-existent
Currently testing XE Update 4 (and latest ESU's), SP 17, Co-existent
My question to everybody is - is anybody using this process with Kit Items?
