message error in p4334

we have an error message in the program p4334 when we want to enter the data entry of response provider.
the message is :numéro de référence incorrect(error:0037)

This could occur when the address book number referenced in the Quote is not
valid.

Are you sure that the address book number on the quote you are working with
is in the F0101 file? Have you done any data load or data refresh activity
that might have gotten the F0101 and F4311 out of sync?
