Dan,

When setting up the UOM conversion. there is a field
on the right hand side that indicates a structure to
use for warehouse management. You have to indicate at
least one of the UOM conversion as the structure for
WM.

Turns out that we are not using Warehouse Control or Location Control. JDE says these must be turned on/active in order to utilize the dimmension entry in G46011.
Appreciate the assistance and ideas. We plan to enter the data in Internal Attachment in the item master.
