This is used to identify what doc types will update on hand inventory at
ship confirmation vs. at sales update.

Its used by ship confirm to determine whether or not to update the onhand
quantity in the F41021. If not done then, Sales Update will do it. I think
the history of this is that the system used to not update onhand at all in
Ship Confirm. When JDE introduced that function to Ship Confirm, they made
it optional to keep everyone happy.
