Single Level Simulated Cost

We are trying to simulated costs using single level processing option. If our data selection includes two items where one is the child of the other, we cannot get the child to build. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What do you mean by "we cannot get the child to build"?

What updates have you applied?

If I specify two items in the data selection, one of which is a parent of the other in a BOM, the cost for the child will not be simulated.

We have applied Update 1 to One World Xe.

we're also on Update 1 but have not seen what you describe. We have had several issues with Simulated Cost Roll (single level) that varied from Components that were NOT in the data selection losing their labor costs to the Print Changed Only processing option not working.

Out of curiosity what is the Stocking Type in the Item Branch table for the component item?

We have experienced this with Parents and Children that are both stocking type "M" makes. Also with Stocking Types of phantoms.
