Hello List,
PLease Help!!!
We are planning to implement the payroll module for HR and payroll functionality. We are also implementing the Plant & Equipment maintenance module.Our requirement is that we need to track the labour hours worked for the maint WO. This requires set up in the hourly rates of emp master. Present system details will be populated to the emp master table via a interface. The rates in the legacy system is monthly. Will JDE auto calculate the hourly rate if monthly rate field is populated?
Further , the time entry program that we have to use to report the hours worked against a maint WO , will populate the F06116 table. Since the emp are paid on a monthly basis , irrespective of the actual hours worked , tha payroll calculation must not be thru hours worked.This is because we have decided to use legacy payroll to make monthly payments.But the HR team wants the time entry for WO to be distinguished from other payroll transactions hitting F06116 . Can the proc option of "manuf Time entry" in the TE prog help to distinguish transactions? If yes , can we set up the AAI's so that there is no G/L entries generated that lead to a payment laibility craeted in system for hours worked. How to activate the labour distribution AAI's so that only labour hours tracking (with associated hr rate and total hrs worked cost) reflects against the WO and no payment laibility is created?
