Payroll World + HR OneWorld

Is anybody out there using Payroll in World, but Human Resources in OneWorld. We are getting ready to implement HR in OneWorld and would like to know 1) If we can keep our Payroll in World, how it's really working out there with OneWorld HR? - JDE says it is possible, but some HR functionality may not be able to be used. 2) What functionality would be lost to HR if Payroll remains World?
