PC Budget Upload Field Definition

Has anyone of you used the PC Budget Upload Field Definition program?
This is supposed to transfer data from F0902Z2 to F0902Z1.

However, I can't seem to get it working.

I'm defined my budget on the spreadsheet and managed to import my spreadsheet to the upload table ie. F0902Z2 ( as per JDE manual). I've checked the data on F0902z2 to confirm the upload is done.

But I cannot move on to the next time ie. to upload it to F0902z1 (although I've followed the instructions in the help text).

Any ideas what I may have missed out?

I'm on OW Xe SP15.

I've got this working without much effort. A couple of things:

1. Make sure you run R14110 locally
2. The F0902Z2 should have it's OCM mapped to local (ie jdeb7.mdb). Make sure the OCM's status is AV. You will have to log off for this to be picked up. To check this try viewing the table through UTB.
3. Set the input/output environments to be LOCAL.

Do you get any error messages? Check jde.log, jdedebug.log, the B7\Printqueue directory and for any messages in the work centre.

Another thing I found out is that when the budget is prepared on the spreadsheet, the cell format must be number without comma eg. 10,000.00 should be keyed as 10000.00.

We run OneWorld from Citrix servers. Are you still able to do this transfer with jdeb7.mdb when running citrix ?

You should still be able to do this. When your users sign on to Citrix, they
will need to have a mapping performed to their local pc c drive. In that c
drive you will need to have a copy of the jdeb7.mdb with the F0902Z2 table
in it. You will need to set an ocm mapping for F0902Z2 pointing to that
mapped drive. You will also need an ocm mapping for R14110M instructing it
to run locally on the Citrix machine. I know that you are not supposed to do
this, but what you are supposed to do and what you can do are two separate
things.
