Multiple Foundations and Vertex

Has anyone tried to run multiple instances of OneWorld (aka subsystems, aka foundations) while running Vertex? We are having issues because the Vertex calls don't seem to work correctly with the 2nd foundation. For some reason, they act like they are bound to the first foundation. We get GeoCode assignment errors and tax calculation errors.
