WO Labor Rates Rounding Up

Has anyone had a problem with WO completion labor rates (Run Labor/Run hours) rounding up?

Our system currently rounds to 2 decimal places, versus the desired decimal places of 4.

This is currently giving us a variance.

The problem is when the routing is attached to the work order or schedule there is only two places to the right of the decimal. This will truncate the resolution of the time basis code calculation. In turn leaving a planned variance for each transaction.

Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Thanks!

This has been reported on SARs 4420088 and 5391522.
As yet JDE have not planned to address this problem.
They have supplied us with a custom modification to overcome this problem but it involves many changes to screens and business functions which will continue to be a nightmare in applying upgrades and ESUs. The changes involved the following objects:B3001460, B3100640, B3101040 and B3101250 together with a change in normal WO Status codes, additional tables, reports, data dictionary elements and application changes.
This had to be done as in our case the variances being reported were of a significant value.
