Dear List,
I have a Big problem. When I lunch the posting on server the amount result multiplied 10000. Do you know why?

OneWorld XE SP17 Update 3

Server AS/400

Many thanks

Hi "MIZ"

A couple of things to check:

Check the Data Decimal on Table F0013. This stores the decimal position for each currency.

Also make sure that the decimal position in the Data Dictionary item hasn't changed.

Has the Posting program been customised recently, or any ESUs loaded?

Thanks for the answer. They are forgotten to me to say that on Client the posting it works.
I'm supposing that is a problem of SP 17.1 on AS/400 server

hi MIZ,
you can perform two tasks:

1) recompile all DLL on your batch server into PD environment
2) Replicate all Datadicionary to the batch server. Execute on a workstation R92TAM. This batch replicate locally all Data dictionary under directory B7 and then use tamftp.exe to copy this specs to the enterprise.
but attention, all my customer submit posting only on the workstation
Good luck Gigi

Hi MIZ,

First, check out the SAR 5435855.

This is a known issue by JDE, it will be corrected in a future SP.

We had a similar problem in F4211/R47011 (EDI Sales Order) and JDEs
proposal was as below:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Amend the jde.ini files on both the Server and the Clients (see below),
and key in a '.' (period) or ',' (comma) in the 'Decimal Format Character'
field on the User Profile.

Server:
add the statement 'bAllowOneUserOnly=1' under [JDENET_KERNEL_DEF6]
[JDENET_KERNEL_DEF6]
krnlName=CALL OBJECT KERNEL
dispatchDLLName=JDEKRNL
dispatchDLLFunction=JDEK_DispatchCallObjectMessage
maxNumberOfProcesses=10
numberOfAutoStartProcesses=0
bAllowOneUserOnly=1

Client:
add the section and statement,
[JDENET_KERNEL_DEF6]
bOneUserOnly=1
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope it will help you out.

Best regards
Mats Thunholm

I had the same problem. Go to User Profile Revisions (P0092) and put in the field "Decimal Format Character" a comma or a dot for each user and run the UBE again.
It solved my problem.

Hi Miz,

Please, Did you the problem on the server?, we have XE, U3 and SP17.1, the R09801 works fine on the client but on the Solaris server show the numbers*100000000 and only is when you post batch IB type, RB and V, all post's type on the client works but we have the problem only on the server.
So, maybe can be a SP problem???
Thank you very much.
