How OW\'s e-applications are integrating with OW back-office?

Hi all!
Do you know how OW's CRM-applications (Customer Self-Service for example) communicate with OW's back-office (ERP-system)? Do they use XPI-interface?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Nicholas,

Xpi is a good way to integrate your ERP system with any other application. We are implementing a competence center in our offices, and integration with XPI is one of our projects. XPI is a good way to synchronize and modeling data flow across your enterprise.
Are you evaluating this solutions for a customer?
